Ich habe die schöne Weste bekommen und diese von Hand mit Wollwaschmittel gewaschen, leider ist ein Loch entstanden! Ich gehe von einem Verarbeitungsfehler am Kleidungsstück aus, denn es hatte sich eine Masche gelöst. Die Verkäuferin war der Meinung ich hätte das nicht tun dürfen und das Kleidungsstück durch das Waschen von Hand zerstört. Ein Entgegenkommen im Kaufpreis gab es leider nicht. Wenn Kleidung nicht gewaschen werden darf, bitte geben Sie das in Form eines Pflegehinweises für das Kleidungsstück an. Ein Etikett mit Pflegehinweis gab es nicht in der Weste. Mir wurde NICHT absichtlich ein beschädigtes Kleidungsstück gesendet, es war einfach von der Wäsche nicht ersichtlich das ein Verarbeitungsfehler vorliegt. Ich ärgere mich lediglich darüber, das die Schuld bei mir liegen soll. Abwicklung war sehr gut!
